Data Deletion Request

If you want your CalorieMitra account and associated personal data deleted, follow the process below.

How to request deletion

1. Email sales@xigmapro.com from your registered account email.
2. Use subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered email and confirmation that you want permanent deletion.

What is deleted

• Account/profile information.
• Meal, activity, weight, water, challenge, and accountability logs tied to your account.
• Community posts/comments where technically feasible and legally permissible.
• Push-device mappings and app-level notification history tied to your account.

What may be retained

We may retain minimal records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax/accounting obligations, and security audits for a limited period.

Processing timeline

We target completion within 7-15 business days after identity confirmation.

Subscription note

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions. Please also cancel your plan from Google Play billing settings.
